Last semester I started using Gantt charts as an organization tool to help with project management. This was extremely effective, so I continued using it to guide and structure the development of Cogshel. I found this Trello extension (TeamGantt), which was really straightforward and easy to use. Additionally, it was automatically synced to my Trello board, therefore I didn’t need to spend extra time re-writing task names. This has helped with visualising my production timeline, as it can often be difficult to measure scope with just to-do lists.
